If you are able, please join us on Saturday, May 1, 2021 at 2pm for the Dedication of the first Eagles Wings residence. Rooms are available for the first two Seekers May 31, 2021. A huge thank you to everyone who has caught the vision for this ministry and donated prayer, time, funds, labor, and love.
God is moving in a mighty way to provide the workers needed to bring his God-sized project to fruition. We have come this far by the Spirit-guided efforts of work teams from far and near. The vision for the recovery ministry is a campus that includes 5-6 single-family homes, a boardwalk trail through the Buz Rochester Memorial Park. The first home—a mobile belonging to Naukati Community Church—has been lovingly remodeled with separate rooms for 2 women clients and a master bedroom for the Barnabas Volunteers.
Work teams are invited to join us for the 2021 work season. Projects include:
- Siding and skirting completed on Myrn’s House
- Sheetrock, painting, finish work and cabinets installed for Myrn’s House
- Paint the siding for Pat’s House
- Pour footings, floor and walls for Pat’s House
- Bring your special talents in art, music, VBS, to bless the church and community
- Special Building Project (details TBA)
Operational costs for this ministry are kept at a minimum by the generous in-kind donations of time and
energy by volunteers. Your regular financial support will be vital to keep Eagles Wings Ministries available
to any woman seeking a life free of addiction, regardless of inability to pay, and we thank you.
